- What methods of payment do you accept?

All major cards are accepted. Visa Credit Card, Visa Debt Card, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron.
- Does the phone need to be switched on to be locatable?
- Yes the phone must be switched on have a signal in order to be locatable.
- What network operators is the service compatible with?
- Vodafone, T Mobile, Orange, O2, Tesco, Virgin, Tesco, Asda, Talk-Talk.
- How accurate is the service?
- Accuracy is dependent on location. In heavily populated areas such as central London with a large number of cell masts locations can be as precise as 100m.
- What is the cost?
- Prices start at £16.99 for 20 tracks. For new mobiles a setup charge equivalent to 5 tracks applies.
- How secure is the service - can someone else track my phone?
- No, you must first activate the service on the phone. Also in line with the Ofcom Code of practice for passive location services in the UK SMS reminders will be sent to the phone being tracked (around 18 in the first year).
- Will an SMS be sent, or call placed to the phone when I lookup its current location?
- No, locating the phone is passive, the only messages sent to the phone are occasional reminders that it is signed up for the tracking service.
- What do I need?
- Any standard PC with an up-to-date web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer 7, or Safari) will work. Please ensure that you have cookies enabled.
